"My flight arrived early, so by phonecall we arranged a different meet point. This was not the driver’s fault and the pick up went very smoothly. I was generally happy with the driver both on the journey out to the airport and on return. He was helpful and courteous, even making sure I had water for my journey from Heathrow. However, I wasn’t comfortable with the driver watching videos on his phone while driving - it impacted my feeling of safety. "

They stated that they had cancelled the booking with you as they had no drivers. Please look into this urgently and arrange a full refund, this taxi was booked for an urgent meeting, i have used you several times before and in this instance it has caused chaos.
